1. Services

Web Provider Pro provides custom web design, web development, SEO optimization, AI integration, and hosting services. All projects are custom-built to meet your specific requirements.

2. Pricing & Payments

Prices are displayed on our pricing page and may vary based on project complexity. A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. Project Timeline

Delivery timelines depend on project scope and are communicated during the consultation phase. We strive to deliver within 2-6 weeks for standard projects. Delays caused by client-side feedback or content delivery will extend the timeline accordingly.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive complete ownership of the custom code, design files, and deliverables created for your project. We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Hosting & Maintenance

Hosting plans are billed monthly and include SSL, backups, and basic maintenance. Cancellation requires 30 days notice. We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Web Provider Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
